The Civil Authorities have issued a Child Abduction Emergency for all of 
Colorado beginning at 8:48 pm and ending at 11:48 pm (fromcap). This is the 
Colorado Bureau of Investigation with an AMBER Child Abduction Alert. We have 
received this important announcement regarding an abducted Child in Pueblo, 
Colorado. The Pueblo Police Department is searching for thir teen year old, 
Sandra Mendoza, last seen in the vicinity of the twelve hundred block of south 
prairie avenue at about five ten this evening. Sandra is described as a 
hispanic, female, thir teen years old, five feet tall, one hundred pounds, with 
black hair and hazel eyes. Sandra was last seen wearing a black t shirt and 
blue jeans. Investigators believe Sandra was taken by an unknown hispanic male, 
in a stolen vehicle that has since been recovered by law enforcement in Pueblo. 
Sandra is still missing and the suspect is still unknown. If you have any
