beginning at 3:23 pm and ending at 5:53 pm (fromcap). STANTON EMA: FLASH FLOOD 
WARNING UNTIL 06:30PM - 05-31-24 - Water over roadways is being observed. Flash 
flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and 
underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas. Use caution 
when driving and remember to turn around don't drown.
