The Civil Authorities have issued a Local Area Emergency for Antelope, NE, 
Madison, NE, and Pierce, NE beginning at 7:40 am and ending at 8:40 am 
(fromcap). Be advised for potential for low land flooding over roadways 
throughout Region 11 (Antelope, Madison & Pierce Counties). Please use caution 
when traveling as some roadways are covered with water. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO DRIVE 
THROUGH WATER OVER ROADWAYS!!!!
