the Topeka Police Department. 2 year old Zabe Mendez is missing from the 500 
block of NE Wabash in Topeka, KS. Zabe is a white male, 2ft tall, 40 lbs with 
brown hair and brown eyes. It is believed Zabe is in immediate danger. Possible 
missing vehicle is a 4-door white Lexus. If you have any information on the
